C35 SMB Scanning

Just wondering if there is any way to actually see what the error is for scanning on this machine everywhere ive looked it just says Error but gives no reason such as Login error, sever connection error and etc like other KM machines.

Having trouble at an account setting up SMB scanning and would like to know why its not working opposed to just knowing there is an error because well I know that lol. Thanks

Check out admin mode, maintenance menu, print menu, scan event log.
Hope that helps.
Manual covers fax errors, not so much for smb scans.
Also machine is discontinued so support is limited.
