Will randomly go to the lower limit switch and say tray is full until you "tap" the finisher then it will come back up and resume printing. This happens between jobs and during printing. Is there any way to get the tray full lights lined up? A jig or something. Im assuming that is the problem.

Re: Pro 951 Output tray randomly drops
I was a bit dubious of this fix, but I had tried everything else I could think of. I had replaced every sensor associated with the elevator tray, and the finisher controller.
My associate ordered these static eliminator brushes for the finisher exit. When I installed them, I noticed there was some wear (~4M copies). The one on the left is the worn static eliminators. The one on the right is the new static eliminators. On the center section I installed the replacement 2mm lower than the original, to make sure to make good contact with the exiting paper.

It worked. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
