    konica minolta 7145 duplex issue

    good day!

    Konica Minolta 7145 duplex issue, I have problem with this model i check all possible cause of this trouble it take me time to think how to solve it and not even solve when you make single sided it all go straight no problem.

    the motor which is driving the duplex transport is working also the clutches and solenoids
    the paper cannot pass thru duplex section it will stop at the back of transfer unit.

    hope anyone can give me their good ideas about it

      whats the jam code?
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
