I have Bizhub 920 working in very Gud Condition.
Issue with his Finisher...
Show Strange code error message which i was not found in Service manual.

Failed Automatic Call Code 02-01
Please Call Service sc 77_10.

plz if have any idea and solution reply me....

Fitst thing is to do a firmware update and then to check the power supply

I could not have said it better myself.

I am not !@#$ing on CTN admin (there is just one, right?).
However, I really feel there should be at least one admin responsible for each section of the forum for this reason. (I have a nomination in mind, but I don't want to throw him under the bus )
