Like i said in your duplicate post yesterday, make sure no paper stuck behind tray as this will interfere with paper tray size detection

More specifically on the c280 you may have cracked the black bit of spring loaded plastic, compare it to tge other tray to see if this is the case

select tray 1 and select tray settings and see if set to auto or did someone program the tray incorrectly?

Already settle that problem I Change controler
