Have a 1200 which stops with paper on the transfer belt every time you try to print (either from pc or from the tech mode). The picture of the machine appears with "11" flashing. This also happens in paperless running mode , tho obviosly without any paper jammed. Is there any way to get access to the jam counters without printing them out e.g download to usb stick.
We think it may be a connector problem between drum carriage and main body as the problem has come and gone previously and just removing and refitting the drum carriage cured it (no, no-one thought to get the counters when it has working..
) .
