    Bizhub 130f 'Call For Service' problem...

    Hey there, having a problem with a bizhub 130f copier. It is flashing up a 'Call For Service' message on and off. I checked the service manual and it suggested replacing the scan lamp and inverter PCB, which I did. The machine worked ok for about a week but now the error message has returned.


    Help?!

    Try to clean ALL mirrors and the underside of the Document glass and ADF glass.

      Make sure that you scrub off all the yellowing of the plastic mount of the scan glass (under side!). Also set the unit to turn off at night and back on in the morning. Also load latest firmware.

        this machine is piece of scrab i have this problem too replace some lamps and somehow decrease the lamp stand by time and turn it ON only when needed

          I absolutelly agree, plastic fantastic piece of sh*t, In my case I replaced heaps of lamps, If you have any problems with Call service messages or problem with faxing just replace the lamp.
