    224 dead display

i'm now struggling to get a resolution to this, have replace ops panel cable, and the flat interface cable between the mfsb and the print controller pc, I would suspect many of you are well versed in the repair of this type of equipment and I would welcome any area to focus on, many thanks in advance

When you restart the MFP can you hear it warm up/make the usual sounds etc? also can you open PageScope ?

no ilumination of panel or buttons on powerup and engine is making noises is usually fried ram.

If it starts working again, but then fries the ram again shortly after, replace the mfp board as well as new ram - had this before too.

Yes if the machine is on constant rotation & you cant print or open PageScope (type the ip address of printer into you browser) then you'll be looking at a number of posible causes, the panel NOT one of them.

If however the machine will print etc & the warm up rotation stops as normal them it could just be a panel issue.
