Reinstalled command workstation software after a computer crash and now when trying to do an auto cal I get the error "gray Scale is too far down" when trying to take the measurement. Doesn't matter how far up or down it is placed. Anyone ever experience this?

never calibrate a Fiery off the glass.
its Densitometer or default.We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

The scanner may be slightly tweaked but the point I'm saying is there is fiery documentation that says off the glass calibration is not a viable option since the c3102s.
Lemme just ask did you run all gradations on the engine before trying to calibrate the fiery? That is the first step.We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
