KM C1085 service code C3917

Hi,

Our KM C1085 starting to guet hold on warm up for several minutes then. Service code C-3917 appear and wouldn't go even when shut daw and restart machine.
Any idea about this issue?

you have to go in serve mode and reset soft sw. it a lower fuser roller code. thermister could be bad or lamp is not comming on
