I had this drive me nuts one time. Do the width adjustment then do min width with com 10 envelope instead of just closing guides to minimal setting. Worked...Leave a comment:

If it's the tray or the bypass they must be set for envelope. Most run com 10. This slows the feed down to help pick up the envelope .driver must match....Leave a comment:
