[CQ] C5501 and 95mm band on every prints

on C5501 have bands in 95mm in haltones and every prints.some prints are ok and some prints have fault.
i tested machine on many paper types.
i replaced transfer unit and secondary transfer roller and check & change drum units.and check images before transfer on paper and that have fault.
i think its about transfer system but can not find how to fix that.
see that tests.please help me.

i think there is some dust under developing unit's doctor blade... or in front of it between developing unit and drum unit

that problem is on subscan direction in all colors prints and tests.and some prints are ok !!!
