[Misc] Biz C654e cyan IU short life

We have a C654e in the field great MFP does loads of work.One problem the cyan IU has rarely reached full life,and has failed a number of times less than 10% in.

We had a similar problem with a 452,but never found the answer.The parts are genuine parts and toner OEM,any thoughts?

What exactly happens to the cyan IU, overtone, undertone, leak, error code etc?
