[Error Code] Bizhub C220 - Error C-C186

Hi. I have a problem with my konica minolta bizhub c220.
The printer was turn off, when i turn on i recive error C-C186 ( Dinamic link error during starting ( OAP )
CC186 ), i tried with format HDD, System Clear Error from Service Mode, Trouble reset and nothing work.
Im trying to sign in from IP adress 192.168.0.5 ( IP printer from internet explorer) to update firmware from ther with Proxy Connection, but i cant, the page is white.
I think i have to try with firmware to update.

Im trying with another firmware but i receve an messege like a " External memory was detected ( installed ), Currently this feature cannot be used ), Stick used 8 gd, format FAT 32.

I will try with another stick 4 gb.

It must stick have 1-2 gb?

You have the firmware for this machine?

just a side note internet exploder sucks the big one. use firefox or chrome

how are you doing firmware? what do you put on the root of the flash drive?
where do you plug it into the copier?
all important stuff.

I resolve the problem. I used a stick 1 GB, format FAT32. The problem was: I did not put the stick in back. Fireware it was the problem, i upgrade that, and it works fine. Thank you !
