C351 c-0212 error message, please help

Hi there, we're getting a "c-0212" error message on the lcd panel and cannot clear it. I have only tried rebooting, and powercycling the printer but the message remains. I have attempted to search all the user guides however I'm unable to find any info. Anyone able to help with this please?

lct shift motor failure. drawer 3. try reloading paper, and open/close mainbody front door.

Paper in the LCT has to be loaded in the normal direction, not "R" direction. Loading too much paper will throw this code as well. Its usually user error 99,999 out of 100,000 times for that code.
