yes it works, i have done it . only problem to come in is if doner unit was written off as destroyed. you must do all boards including the id board.Leave a comment:

i always left them with no format at all, raw. the best clue you gave was its getting hot. how hot? if its burn your fingers hot ,toss it....Leave a comment:
