    C6500 Right door open and occasional 3913

    I removed the fuser. All the pins look in good shape. Do I need to pull the prongs out a bit?

    Could this be caused by needing firmware update?

      just make sure the process unit and ADU are fully seated in the machine before closing the door.
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...
