C224e home screen user box

Just got this off lease machine from the wholesaler and cannot get the home screen to stay on basic or quick copy screens. I've spent over 2 hours trying to get it to default back to copy screen. Tried changing while standing in front of machine and through net interface. Just to be clear when it first boots up the basic screen in there then after a few mins it goes to user box screen (see attached). If you touch the copy button or menu then copy button the screen comes up you make copies regular but then after a min it goes back to user box.

Also tried a logical format of hdd.

I even put another machine right next to it and changed all settings exactly the same and it still did it !!!

Any help appreciated.

Sounds like a reset setting has been changed, does it do this if you press the yellow reset key.

I would check all the reset settings for this.

Finally found it. After spending another hour I found it. It is "system reset", it was set to user box after 1 min. Changed to copy.

Not sure how I missed it but all good now.
