    [Jamming] bizhub c754e

    hi dear i have problem for c754e jamming j30-03 as per manual i change PS38-PS39-PS40 but still same and i also change PRCB and PFTDB but can not solve problem
    if any one face this problem plz help me (copier still new only 5080 pages print).

    Check M2 registration motor in I/O mode...

      Check that the timing belt hasn't walked off the side of the duplex motor at the top right of the door. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

            Don't remember if it was this model or this code or not. There is a clutch that the service manual does not mention. It drives the roller after the fuser for the duplex/fuser exit. The wires were barely connected from the factory so it would work then quit, sometimes for several hundred copies.
