you have to apply for one on NVRAM / SSD / EMMC / BRU Replacement Program from konica minolta.
there has to be an open SSD ticket with konica where THEY approve the replacement first or the request is denied.
hope you work for a konica dealer in good standing.We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
