This doesn't sound like a supply problem or it would affect both sides. It sounds like an image processing problem, MFPB. Keep in mind that this machine is quite elderly. How much are you going to spend to fix it?

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

So you are suspecting the MFP Control Board? Anything I can do to verify? Any advice what else I should or could try?
I will keep it as long as possible. I have tons of supplys plus 60 toners around. And also you get these machines for 200 bucks used here in Europe at the moment. In worst case I will switch to the C350 that is as well around, for the moment. Later I could get another C450, well working or for spare parts.Comment
