Hi guys.
C-2151 Drum jam in idle mode. The JAMB(jam board) is an analog to 10 bit digital(0-1023) sensor underneath the drum on the cleaning side same one that generates J-2101.
Going to I/O mode shows that is sits at a value of 670 +/-5. When i remove the drum cradle it drops to between 1 and 5 showing the the input to the micro controller floats a little.
When i push back the cradle the value will return to normal at about 6. Then the machine will run for about 2 hours and then the same thing happens.
Faulty sensor?
Returned the next day and figured that the machine will not miss the sensor as the input to the micro controller was floating while the cradle was disconnected form the end-block connector.
Simply disconnecting the sensor works!
Anyone had this issue with J-2151 before?
Waiting on a JAMB. Now thinking to just leave it out.
