    C5501 with bypass issues

    Hi guys ,sorry am posting so many issues ,but ive also got another machine that has bypass issues ,i have changed most of the pwbc from working macine but all in vain, the tray detects paper but cant lift up,any ideas mostapppreciated

      do you have a service manual?
      i can link you to one if you want.
      swapping boards in a konica is quite a gamble that usually never pays off.
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

              Did you first check motor for bypass lift or you immediately went to work around the boards?
              Last 10 years i have several situations with bypass not lifting on this series of machines and it was always motor problem.
