I NEED TO DELETE USERS IN THE ADRESS BOOK THAT ARE PASSWORD PROTECTED. MUST I RE FORMAT THE HARD DRIVE FOR THIS? OR, IS THERE A BACK DOOR PASSWORD TO OVERRIDE THE PASSWORD'S ON THE INDIVIDUALS BOXES?
OR
WHAT WOULD BE THE CURE FOR THIS AILMENT?

Log in as the Administrator on the Web Interface. This should then give you permission to remove password protected Boxes.
