Konica told me I got to contact a Konica service which will do the update....

If your wife is a certified KM tech then SHE has to login and get the stuff you need.

Guess people like so see a a little contribution to the site, either donation wise or in form of a little history of forum participation (=content contributing). If I were your wife (lol^^) I'd get in touch with some of the old collegues she used to worked with though.

Yeah she already is, but the old company is no more and most of them are now in different business....
And about my wife... She is now in IT security... Yeah and me in software programming....
