PRO 1100 Fs532 staple problem

hi,I had a service call today ,Pro1100 +Fs-532 and corner staple not properly ,first I thought is the A4 paper damp but use new pack of paper got same results,replace stapler assy can solve the problem?thanks

Most of the time it's a static issue in which the printed pages statically cling to each other. The registration plates try to align the pages, but cannot since they cling to each other. You can replace the static eliminator strips in the finisher exit. When I install them I lower the center one ~2mm from the original position to make better physical contact with the paper. Photos?
