[Error Code] Konica Minolta press c8000e sc6704

Dear all
I have a problem consist of two parts firstly when I sent a print job the machine receiving the order , the LED start blinking when receiving job complete the machine does not print the job secondly the error code C6704 appear after many order send ,may I have your help to solve this problem thanks all.
by the way I try many different driver I use fiery driver and many others drivers but the problem still

Yes I have but I try to disable it but I can't, I use service manual to find out if I can use deep switch to disable the scanner but I can't find the special number to use through deep switch

C-6704 (Scanner: Scanner time out)

1. Update the firmware to version I0-G00-60 or later.
(F/W Ver.I0-G00-60 was released by DLBT1312543EN)
It is necessary to apply the latest C-ROM at same time.

2. Replace the parts in the following order.
- Memory control board /1 (A1RFH020)
- Memory control board /2 (A1RFH040)
