C-3110, "Insufficient Memory" but only when printing

Hey guys,

So I haven't been to the machine yet, but I suspected there were issues with the driver. My IT person says if only the machine is saying it, there's likely a problem with the copier, and not necessarily the driver.

Thoughts?

Check the memory but a few posts here suggests changing the SSDB.
