    Remote Panel tab missing

    sup, i had some C258/368 missing the remote tab in Admin Mode any tip ? SSL cert is created

    update: CE PW was disable

      Update the firmware and make sure the machine is set to the correct function version.

          I believe the solution was the part after the word "update" in the original post, but I could be wrong.
          A Ricoh Service Tech for 7 year. A Konica Minolta Service Tech for 7 years. Now, KM service manager for 4 years.
          My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time...

              Not wrong at all. First time I setup our office bizhub I forgot that I removed CE password for some tests and spend a good time scratching my head what's going on wrong
