BH-C-284e, fuser drive gear

We had with the old generation BH-C-280/360 several fuser drive gears go bad.
Especially with the refurbed units .
Until now, none of the later generation BH-C-284e/364e is showing this problem. How is your experience here guys?

For some reason i have not had any issues with the older machines. Newer machines seem to break faster to me
