Hello good afternoon!

I need a tip, when I use the "KONICA MINOLTA Data Administrator V4" program in models like the Minolta C454e and etc... The "Administrator V4" program to import equipment information, when I do the same in the Minolta C364e model, the program no matter the equipment information.

Can anyone give me a tip on how to solve this problem, I would like to use the program because of the "Job Control".

Here's a few reasons why PSDA fails..

1. Not up to date, patches for later firmware not added (probably not a factor here, but we saw this during the transition from the e series to the 8 series.
2. SSL, if enabled has a certificate that is too low (like when you can't access it via a web browser)
3. Device settings outside the correct network scheme or defaults (snmp string wrong, Open API password changed)
4. We had a few where a bad or de installed HDD kept it from reporting

You should be able to see the log determine where the import process failed and trouble shoot from here..In some cases a factory default is necessary to get it back and responding. E
