    C308 address book ?

    My IT guy setup the address book for scanning on an off lease machine I sold but he said customer is only able to send to one address at a time. Is there a setting that needs to changed so they can send to multiple addresses at one time? He has been setting up Kon/Min for me a long time so he knows them well. Not exactly sure what he meant but said it is missing from display?
    I know the customer tried to setup scanning first so maybe they changed something in admin mode or web interface page?

    Just a side note, I always initialize & update F/W on off lease machines I buy so all prior settings should of been cleared.

      See this video it's another model but should give you a general idea where to find it in Admin menu of your machine. Customer obviously messed with settings they don't know, nothing new under the sun 😎

          I did not look at the video, but you are probably looking for "allow Broadcast" Possibly Admin/restrict access/broadcasting E
