    Mobile device printing failure

    Hello,

One customer have C226 and 368e, PC printing via wired and wireless are OK. ( same network )
On mobile printing to C226 through Konica Minolta Mobile Print and Air Print, mobile will process long time and finally printing failed, 368e is OK.
I didn't see data lamp on copier lit up, any print queue in job list, the App already updated to newest and machine F/W is G00-15.

Anyone have same experience about this?

can you open the copiers web page from the mobile device? if not they are not on the same subnet.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

We don't have C226 here but looks like very entry level color A3 machine from pictures.
May have limited functionalities as well.

The Konica Minolta Mobile Print app searched both C226 and 368e, registered these 2 machines and got printing, 368e seccess but C226 processed for 3 min and showed printing failed.

i would make sure there was no accounttrack setup on the copier that restricts printing.
if not id do a network initialization and try again.
