Hi everyone, I'm trying to start my car in service mode but I can't get it in any way, can you help me?
My operations are, car switched off sw1 and sw2, I switch on sw1, and with the button pressed start sw2 the car starts but remains with the logo freeze on screen

i saw your other post and PM, i dunno, i would never start a machine with the nvram unplugged or anything about that video either so i dont know the next step for you. ive never been in that situation.
there is somthing i remember about renaming a firmware file to recovery.bin and supposedly it will attempt to rewrite the firmware. i lost access to konica so i cant point out any bulletins about it.
    sorry.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

Thank you for your reply, alas I don't know what to do anymore and I'm trying everything
theoretically regardless of the usb and the firmware the machine should enter service mode by holding down the utily/Counte button but I can't do it in any way, the video I sent you in PM is a video I found here on the forum that they used to reset the nvram but in my case the boot stops after 2 seconds of the ringtones which should last longer...
Thanks, I hope someone has already had similar experiences

For those of you who might be in this situation, my problem was the black connector that is in the lower back of the monitor, the connector was not connected properly and it was not making the control panel use and it was blocking the machine
I hope you don't need it but if you do, here is a possible solution
