Konica bizhub C500 pro. Any body know what error code SC29-10 is caused by
any fixes thanks binary6

According to the service manual:

F29-10 Dmax control /K resulted in an
abnormality.
Printer control board (PRCB)
Developing unit /K
Gamma sensor (PS11)

Thanks Ivangsnes, We were printing a dance book in grey scale the first page was ok. The 2nd page printed very dark so we calibrated and thats when all this began, we reset the printer but did'nt help still got SC29-10
(black developer unit makes sense would explain the dark prints) where is the gamma sensor (PS11) it may be dirty there always seems to be a lot of toner floating around inside the printer.
Is there a service reset code for this fault.We pulled the engine out and blew out all the dust then left the printer off overnight and it came up this morning I havn't looked at prints yet.
