When I turn on my new Bizhub 353, I get a C-4154 error code. Can anyone please help me to find the cause.
Konica technicians claimed there is no code like that.
I wonder if this a counterfeit warning code? These are not typically not published so tech must call in. There info is gathered on the customer and it gets ugly from there. These codes are allowed 3 times before the machine locks and won't reset. Chip must be removed and returned to vendor where the nature of image is discovered. If it is bearer bonds, money etc, (ie, color, 100%, and 2-side) then it goes to FBI. Don't know what happens next.
It is ok to copy money,if it is enlaged, reduced or B/W.

I now have one doing it. Did you get yours resolved?
A Konica Representative came to determine the cause. Is was founded that is was indeed the sensor for the pentagon motor for the K toner.
The machine where replaced the next day and the old one sent back to Korea (so they say) due to factory faults.
