Image is too light and (fade) . As customer informed me the same problem appeared once again in the past but after a while it fixed by it's self. Now a error code appeared (customer doesn;t rememder the code)and ever since image is too light. In the attached file is a sample of the image (you can;t see anything but there is a fade image).
I suspect high voltage, any other idea?

The print is so faded you can't even see the sample! ha-ha Don't think you attached it?

Why not go into trouble code history in service mode and see what the code was?

Is it light print when copying & printing? What about internal test pages?

Check the black plastic cap on end of transfer roller, very common for it to break allowing the white gear & pin to come off end of roller.
