    Replenish toner message Bizhub C754e

    Good morning. I have the following message to replace toner. I already changed two toner bottles, please clean the black color toner tank and again replace another toner bottle. In this last toner change, I worked for two days and the message to replace toner appeared again. Please any suggestion is welcome.

    Make sure the pins that the toner bottle pushes against arent bent. Next Step would be Toner Sub Hopper.

      Are you using original bottles? They should start toner life through the chip. If the answer is yes, the problem may be with the PRCB. The signal does not reach the chip and the information remains in the PRCB.

        Go to Service mode > State Confirmation > Level History 1 and check the TCR-K , it should be around 6.50% , if it is too low (under 5%) the tonner hopper might have a problem, perhaps its broken, something came off or you got clogged toner inside or something might be blocking the path of the toner going into the developing unit.

          Agree, most likely due to a clog, or issue with the sub hopper.
