    Cant pull out process unit,drums and itb....any solution

      does the door interlock think its engaged?
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

          I took everything apart from the back, and I'm trying to pull out the transfer belt drive, but no movement,yes they ste engaged
