[Misc] Scratches on paper on C6000L

    Hi everyone,
I am having problems with my C6000L and there seem to be some scratches on paper,
I have tried cleaning the rollers and paper feed rollers and the problem perssists.
The scratches accure on the whole lenght of the paper from 40mm to 120mm.
Has anyone had same problem ?

    Thanks for you answers!

Take a look at the fixing belt. It's probably very worn. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

When replacing, do not forget bearings and collars
