We have got 3 machines at this print room which somehow changes job settings on the run. From duplex to single side while on the run...

    Sounds funny but yap...it's happening..

      Using a Fiery?
Also...does each machine use it's own Fiery or do all 3 share the one?

Does it do this when it switches trays? Duplex may be switched off on the tray it switches to.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          Hit it.

Check the actual documents. Look at the pages that are single sided. There just might be a hard page code one line after a soft page break.
