print with ic-408

when i print pdf document in c-6501 with ic-408 it show me load the paper 8.5 x 11 in any tray . but i need it in A4 papers . how can i resolve this problem.

There is a setting in the Fiery to convert paper sizes A4/A3 to Letter/Tabloid. Turn this feature off in the setup menu.

Actually if you want to print on A4 (Metric) you would use convert Letter/Tabloid > A4/A3 not A4/A3 > Letter/Tabloid.

Make sure that paper sizes are set to metric.

These settings can be found in Fiery setup > PDL > PS

Even better is to simply turn OFF the paper conversion.
this will pick the stock from your driver settings and will NOT try to convert.
