C250 black tone at background

i have one bizhub c250 the blank area have the black tone at backgound. any one know what happen and how to solve it ?

You do not give much for us to go on, has the drum and dev done it`s life? My first guess is that the machine needs a PM done.

Try giving the inside of the machine a good cleaning including the LED arrays and Imaging units and see if the problem just... goes away.

This may seem ridiculous but I just ran into it today. The Black & white looked like crap, my first instinct was that the Black IU had crapped out. Then I found the customer had changed the default density and back ground setting to the darkest setting, changed them back to standard and Auto and all was well ( this was on a C300 but I think the C250 has the same settings).
