Hi does anyone have a solution to this code as we have a few machines giving it. I know its for the fuser temp and all thermisters are clean.

The temp sensors usually cause this code but before you replace them, make sure you have the correct upper roller fitted. I chased this problem on a 420 for ages before I realised a previous tech had fitted a 500 roller!!

I had the same problem when web roller was finished.
But after I changed the web roller-code reappears .
So,check the web roller. If it's ok - change :FIXING SENSOR ASSY
