Hey u guys once agian.
this is a good one, having problems with 11x17 color 2 sided
front and back dont align we print through imposer which puts 2 8.5x11 on a 11x17 with crop marks the alignment is off a lot, such that when it's cut
one side is not square, it is very noticable.
The konica tech has looked at this a few times and cant fix it.
Any clues

Have you tried the tray adjustments? It's been a while but I managed to get the images backing up correctly , but it did involved moving the registration assy, using tray adjustment and using the Fiery adjustments also.
One of my customer's used to use quiet imposing plus and it worked very well for them with no engine adjustments required.

clean all the bushings in the white plastic rollers in the transport and ADU unit.... all of them. If they get even a bit gummed up they will twist the copy. The worst ones are the ones before the registration rollers and in the underside of the ADU. We have also seen wear in the shafts(if unavailable turn shaft over). I sure wish they had used bearings on the animals.
