C450 skew from ADF

I have adjusted the right ADF hinge to get the skew within specs. I have a practally new belt. I have lubbed the glass. I did notice in the scanner lamp assembly, that there are plactic grommets mounted on the bottom of the lamp assembly, but some are missing. I took some off another machine and it made the problem worse. I need help on this one

use some muscle

try this, sometimes it works. take the front left corner of the machine just below the scan unit and lift the scan unit up. Sometimes the customer has leaned on the front of the scan unit and pushed the scanner down on the left corner causing optics skew.
