Konica Minolta C350 C-0501 Error

This machine was taken in on trade, I don't have a Service manual. I've learned that this is a Fuser error. Any way I can reset this . I've tried reseating the connectors and restarting the machine. Any help is much appreciated.

the first thing i would try is to open the front door and to the right of the blk toner is a gray cover remove this (2 screws) you will find a service pcb with a trouble reset button. try this and we'll go from there. jp ps c 0501 is a pressure(fuser) problem will likely have to change fuser units.

No problem. have several of these out there they are pretty good boxes. they make a heck of a print from the fiery. have several trix to bypass counters let imon know if i can help you further. jprecht
