    C253 Tray 1 is missing

    Hello guys,

    We have a C253 that from time to time the tray 1 is disabled. If I am turning off and on, tray 1 appears in the paper tab. Works for a while (few days) and then tray is vanished again. Any ideas?

      I had this problem on tray 4 of a C353, it was actually a piece of paper behind the faulty tray
      Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...
