Sorry dude, that area is for Factory Certified techs only...I'm not about to risk losing my access by giving out my login and password. "All solutions by model" is no longer supported by KonicaMinolta since the start of their "Knowledgebase". I think what you're asking for hasn't been updated since March or April.
