DI 3510 problem

I have a Konica DI-3510. It shows an error that says. The paper size cannot be detected in the current position against the edge.

Check that the black sensor actuator that the adf closes on isn't stuck under the cover or bent down when sumone put the cover back on.

It only gives me that error when cassette 2 has paper in it.

Pull the tray and look behind it and you will see the paper size detection board. Make sure that none of the actuators ase stuck or swap it with the one for the top tray to see if the problem moves.

Make sure your paper on the screen show 8.5 X 11 or what you want, It cant match paper that isnt detected right, follow above post for help
